Joaquin Painting proudly serves both commercial contractors and residential customers, backed by more than 45 years of experience in the industry. What began as a small painting contractor operating out of a garage quickly grew into something much bigger. Founded by Randy, Joaquin Painting’s first “shop” was his garage, but within just a few years, the company expanded into a small warehouse in North Modesto. 

In 1998, Mark joined his father full-time, helping guide the company through its next phase of growth. As demand continued to rise, Joaquin Painting outgrew its warehouse and relocated to a larger facility on Carver Road in Modesto. In 2007, the company proudly expanded its services to include concrete technology, further strengthening its capabilities and market reach.

Over the years, Joaquin Painting has evolved into a full-service operation, supported by an experienced office manager, general manager, superintendent, multiple sales representatives, a marketing team, and a skilled crew of professional painters. In 2021, Randy retired, passing the torch to Mark, who now carries on the legacy as President of Joaquin Painting.

At the beginning of 2026, Joaquin Painting took another exciting step forward, relocating from Carver Road to a beautiful new facility at 992 Marchy Lane in Ceres, positioning the company for continued growth and innovation.
